SCU Student Free Ticket Program

Tickets Available for Department of Theatre & Dance and Department of Music Events Only

Gather ‘round, Broncos! For the first time ever, SCU Students are able to get FREE tickets! Gallop on over and be sure to secure your space in the corral today!

  • Please have your ticket ready with your Student Access Card (physical or mobile). Your ticket is a personal ticket which means it can only be used by you.

We have a scannable QR code posted on the side of the Box Office Windows if you decide to see an event and have not gotten your ticket. Keep in mind that tickets are limited and subject to availability. It is recommended to secure your ticket in advance.

  • In the event that you or your friend/s have already secured tickets and they are not together, you can amend this by returning your ticket. Simply login with your SCU credentials and follow the return instructions.

For more information on how to return your ticket, read “Returns, Exchanges, and Missed Shows” below. Before returning tickets, please check the seating chart for open seats.

If you are looking to purchase a ticket for a non-SCU student to sit next to you, please email the Box Office for assistance.

  • If you can not make it to your selected event, you may return your ticket online for a future event in the same series. The cut off time to return a ticket is 4 hours before the start of the event. Please be aware that failing to do so will result in a missed show.

Log in with your credentials and follow the return ticket steps before the 4 hour limit. Doing this will allow you to get a new ticket for another date. If you experience an issue, we are here for you . Please contact the Box Office via email at scupresentsboxoffice@scu.edu or call 408.554.4015.

If you missed coming to an event, additional tickets will not be granted. There is a discounted ticket for purchase titled “Fac/Staff, Senior, and 18 & Under”.

  • Please note student tickets are limited and are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability per event. If tickets are all claimed, you may get a ticket for another date of the performance or you may purchase a ticket at a discounted rate.

A current SCU Student ID card will be necessary for entrance.

Tickets are available for Department of Theatre & Dance and Department of Music Events Only. Visiting Artists events are excluded from the SCU Student Free Ticketing Program.

Not all events held in our venues at SCUP are included in the SCU Student Free Ticket Program. For events not put on by the Department of Theatre & Dance and the Department of Music, please contact the group or department hosting the event. For events hosted by the Center for Student Involvement, please contact Tedd Vanadilok.
